We reserve the right to make technical modifications without notice. Printing and typesetting errors or changes of any kind made in the interim are not cause for claims. Individual configurations depicted or described here are only available optionally.

 

All prices listed here are sales prices to end customer (net excluding VAT). For an order value below the minimum order value (net excluding VAT), the actual transport costs due will be billed. Earlier price lists are herewith invalid. A chargeback for possible price reductions compared to old price lists is not permitted.

 

Return shipment of damaged, wrongly delivered, incorrectly ordered goods and complaints can take place within 8 days with a copy of the invoice. For incorrectly ordered goods, the transport costs for delivery and return shipment are borne by the orderer. If the goods have to be checked for integrity or repacked, we reserve the right to add an appropriate handling fee. Any expenses incurred from your return shipment will be calculated at 20% of the value of the goods. Apart from that our general delivery conditions apply.

 

The delivered goods remain (also for delivery to end customer) our property until final payment of all pending invoices.
