Emergency service

Should an emergency occur and you require assistance outside of our business hours, your call will be forwarded to the on-call technician. He will take care of it Fridays from 12.30pm to 5pm and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 8am to 5pm regarding your request. 

Should our on-call service not be immediately available due to high demand, we kindly ask you to try again at a later time. If you reach the mailbox, please leave a message. Clearly state your name, phone number and the reason for your call. 

Please note that customer service calls on Sundays and public holidays will be billed with a 100% surcharge to be billed.
