Clean air through innovative technology
The ETA precipitator ensures efficient reduction of dust particles by utilising electrostatic attraction. The result: fewer emissions and environmentally friendly operation without any additional maintenance.
Less ash, more comfort
Thanks to optimised combustion processes, very little ash is produced. This is further compressed tightly in the ash container, so that the container needs to be emptied less frequently. When the time comes, the boiler automatically sends a reminder by email.
Protection provided by robust grates
The rotating grate, made of individual segments, prevents foreign objects such as stones or nails from getting caught by rotating 360° during ash removal and reliably directing them downwards.
Maximum safety against backdraft
The single-chamber rotary valve prevents against backdraft and operates in an energy-saving and efficient way. Thanks to the automatic rotary valve stop and shared drive with the stoker screw, it does not require its own motor. A hardened blade ensures that oversized fuel particles are reliably cut off.

A look inside the boiler
When selecting a new heating boiler, you are making a decision that can have an effect on your daily life for many years. You determine how safe you can feel and how much you have to worry about maintenance or cleaning. Take a look inside your future wood chip boiler in advance.
Floor agitator
Depending on the size of the storage space, a floor agitator with a diameter of 1.5 m - 4 m can be used with flat spring arms, or at 4.5 m - 6.0 m with articulated arms.
Universal joint with one-way clutch
If the screw is turned backwards due to blockages in the fuel supply, the joint decouples the agitator plate from the screw and thus protects the flat spring arms.
Open trough channel
Thanks to the generous trough cross-section, the progressive screw and the special trough geometry, even coarse wood chips are conveyed quietly, with minimal wear and in an energy-saving way.
Flexible modular system
The fuel conveying system can be flexibly designed depending on the room situation. Installation is quick and easy and the components don't have to be cut or welded, as they can simply be connected with the friction-locked PTO shaft.
Helical gear motors
They drive the whole transport system including the agitator. Thanks to active power monitoring, the control system immediately detects if too much force is applied to the transport, i.e. if a blockage has occurred somewhere in the system. Then the direction of rotation of the screw is changed up to three times to loosen the material.
Ball joint connection for drop chute
It ensures a flexible connection between transport system and boiler. The inclination and angle can be flexibly adapted to the structural situation. A built-in seal ensures clean operation without dust escaping.
Single chamber rotary valve
It reliably prevents backdraft and thus ensures the highest safety. With a diameter of 18 cm, it has a large chamber that is only filled at standstill thanks to the automatic rotary valve stop. That is why it works especially efficiently, in an energy-saving and low-wear manner. It is driven together with the stoker screw. A hardened blade with counter-blade reliably cuts off oversized fuel parts. So nothing gets jammed.

Thanks to its large diameter, it even transports coarse material into the combustion chamber without resistance.
Draught fan
As quiet as a whisper, this fan ensures underpressure in the boiler. Additionally, it controls the air quantity and thus ensures safety in the boiler room. In contrast with conventional systems, no additional pressure fan is required. That saves energy!
Heat exchanger cleaner
The heat exchanger is also cleaned fully automatically with turbulators. This ensures consistently high efficiency
Primary and secondary air flap
Both flaps are controlled via the lambda probe so that the ideal amount of air for combustion reaches the combustion chamber at all times.
Hot combustion chamber
To completely remove ash from the combustion chamber, the segmented grate automatically rotates 360°, allowing the ash to fall down smoothly. Therefore the operation is not impaired by foreign bodies in the ash, for example stones or nails.
Fully automatic de-ashing into an external ash box
The ash from the combustion chamber, heat exchanger and the optional precipitator is transported to the ash box via the ash screw and is compressed there. This ensures long ash removal intervals and so is very convenient.
The patented rotary screw seal (see image 2) reliably seals the ash path between the heat exchanger and the combustion chamber .
Integrated return riser
Ensures quick, space-saving and cost-effective installation.
Integrated precipitator
With a separating ratio of 80-85%, the precipitator ensures low dust emission at minimum power consumption even with poorer quality fuels.
As the precipitator can be integrated into the eHack, nothing stands in the way of a retrofit and no additional space needs to be planned in the boiler room.
Optional maintenance opening
Optional maintenance opening at the bunker inner wall for easy access to and removal of large pieces of wood or foreign bodies.
Electrostatic precipitator
Minimal emissions through clever use of natural phenomena
The percipitator in the boiler ensures even cleaner and more environmentally friendly heating with wood. With an impressive capture efficiency of 80–85%, emissions are reduced to a barely measurable level. Retrofitting is also possible without any problems.
