Conditions for 5 years Benefit Guarantee:

The 5 years Benefits Guarantee option (on moving parts such as fan, snails, boiler doors and on electrical parts, such as parts of engines, controls, sensors) can just within the first year the commissioning of the plant will be completed.
The full warranty includes labor, travel expenses and materials (except wear parts).
Furthermore, the guarantee to a maximum of 10,000 hours at full load is granted. If these achieved before the end of 5 years, void the warranty and the contract is converted into a permanent maintenance contract.
The flat rate applies for the duration of the warranty period.

ADDITIONAL WORKS (these, if requested, will be charged separately)
For example: removal of ashes from exhaust pipe and the boiler.
Additional Cleaning Service € 50,-
